The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990

In the Unites States, there is the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) law since 1990. The ADA law protects people who has disabilities at their work. According the report, employer must hire the people or can't reject their chance of being a employee because of disabilities. And also the employers have to help the employees that they can perform easily at the work. I think it is very resonable law because I disagree the people become difficult get their job even thought they are professional in the field.
 
When I was listening the report, I was surprised few of things. Companies, who are hire people with disabilities, must provide special things for them.
First, the companies plan renovation of their building environment for the people. For example, Brian who was become disabilities by a car accident, his company had to make a ramp for a wheelchair at a parking space and a cafeteria. Furthermore, the company was changed their copy room and his office also for Brain that he can use easily everywhere at his work. His office was planed special room, cabinets and shelves were made conveniently for him. He didn't need to help others when he is working due to his company's care.
Second, the company accepted his flexible schedule. If he wanted to visit doctor, he asked changind about his working day and also he could work on the weekend instead of regular days.

After I listened about ADA, I thought about my country. Even though we also have a system or law for the people, our companies don't like that because the law is not efficient. I hope this law will be spreaded every counties.
